| | Posted: | | | | I have entered all 350 DVDs into my itouch and updated the database onto the PC. Once done I wanted to reassign collection numbers to all 350. I went to do that but it still has them all numbered to 350 but the problem is more than half don't have a # assigned to that title.
Here is where i'm freaking out....I tried to just update the PC version with what was on my itouch to try erase where I messed up reassigning. Now what it's done was delete the ones that didnt' have a collection # assigned to it. What can I do? Please help. |

For example you can tell a profile explicitly that it has a Coll# of "none". That's not just an empty field, it's a checkbox.
If you want them to get a number, you have to enable "assign where set to 'none'".
If you want to reassigne all numbers, select the reassign option, the none option and select the order by.
If it still doesn't really work, try database repair under Tools->Options->Utilities and then the reassignment. | | | Karsten
