The movie Fantasia has no film credits only just a title card.  Instead the credits were in the Program Book that movie patrons could purchase prior to the show.

I have the 50th Anniversary Laser Disc which came with a reprint of the Program Book.

I'm wondering keeping in line with other films that have no on screen credits.  Do you think the program book would be considered an offical source for the credits?

Not sure what anyone else would say, but that would be good enough for me.

Question would we consider the credit "Character Designs" the same as Creature Designer or Original Characters by or No credit.

No credit for now  The Cast/Crew table is really only geared towards live action and a lot of credits for a good part of my collection that are animated can not be entered by the rules currently.

I would be inclined to say No to this one Tracer. Ken would need to clarify, but I believe the intent behind the Creature Designer is not geared toward animation,  but more to live action effects.

I left out the Character Designs from the contribution, can always add them later if Invelos adds it as an acceptible Credit.
