Access Violation address 00B88BE7 in module ‘dvdpro.exe’ read of address 0000003C
I have run database repair at least 11 times trying to resolve both of these errors. I have also told the software to download online catalog to computer.  I have also reloaded the software from scratch  and refreshed the profile 3 times. So please don't suggest that I run them  again. I have allowed the software to transmit letter / screen capture / extra info.  I tried to explain that problem is that the software states that the profile exists that really doesn't.  In the case of many of the mails of this error was 009-1 discs 1-3 that according to my collection is in my ordered menu I can download mini profiles when online preview it.  But it will not allow me to add to my collection or to add to Owned automatically.  So being a capable person go in to the order tab to manually move profile which is "NOT THERE". So I think the software is requesting something that does not exist so it crashed the software but will not allow us to repair issue with current database repair because the software demands that the profile exist.  And we cannot delete a profile that is not accessible to force the software to redownload the profile.
As for the nesting issue, I explained that the software see the independent profiles however when you go in the edit field  to add to  add to box set the software will not allow access to independent profiles.  In the case of the first error  It was the Emma peel  collection of the Avengers I have all the “child” profiles downloaded but as with children when it time to take a family photo no visible children “profiles”.  Or in Another word the profiles are not there to nest even if they are in the catalog.

What you could do:

Flag all the profiles you have.
Then select File->Backup database->Only flagged profiles
Then File->Open Database->New Database
Do NOT copy the existing
Open the new database via the same menu
Select File->Restore Database

Now try again, whatever you've tried to add.

I'm sorry for your troubles. I'm sure that you don't find the situation humorous at all.

Just in case you haven't thought of the following:

(1) Apologies if I missed this in your post, but if you haven't, re-install DVD Profiler from scratch. Make sure you use all the default installation options - nothing fancy.
(2) Whenever you attempt to recover, using whatever source, always start from a new database (per DJ's advice). Do not reuse an old one.
(3) Start DVD Profiler with no non-Invelos plugins.
(4) Now if you get errors, the diagnostic information will be more easily usable by Invelos.

Last ditch, if everything else fails:

(1) If it is still possible, export your database to XML (again, apologies if you already said this doesn't work).
(2) Start with a new database. Download one profile just to make sure all is well.  Then install and try the plugin BulkEdit to import the XML. Then do a refresh from Invelos. Then backup and make any manual repairs that are necessary.
Thanks for your support.
