unable to update to new version

When I click on dvdprofiler it keeps asking me to update to the new version. I've done this many times in the past but now when I try to run the download I get an error box that pops up. It says "unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error 5: Access is denied". Any assistance would be appreciated as I've updated to the newest version many times in the past.

Try downloading the setup program to your desktop, then right-click it and select run as administrator.  If this does not solve the problem, please open a support ticket via the 'support' link at the top of this page.
