Dear all,

I wished to make a list of my unwatched DVDs.  I wanted to do this the easy way...
Since I have seen most of my DVDs I used the following approach:

Using the desktop DVD profiler I flagged all my DVDs.  Using
Collection/Flagged/Last Watched I set the date to todays date.
Then I was going to remove "Watched" from the few titles I had not yet watched.
However, I got an error "Please select at least one user".  This means that
once a DVD has been marked as watched it cannot be changed to "not watched".
This is unfortunate.

So I proceeded to try and solve this another way:
I marked a DVD I had not watched, right clicked, and chose "Watched by".
I added the user "nobody" into the user list.  I proceeded to uncheck the
check mark in front of my name and add the check mark in front of "nobody".
However, when returning to the DVD the change had not been saved: The
check mark was still in front of my name and not in front of "nobody".

So it seems I cannot make a database of unwatched movies.

Anyone have any ideas about what I should do  ?

I am using DVD Profiler version 3.7.2

You need to edit history, then clear. You can then copy the profile with the blank history, select all unwatched DVDs, then do flagged->paste and paste the blank history in. If you want a list of unwatched DVDs in the future, filter for DVDs you have watched, select all, then clear filter and invert flags.

ehm ... why not using filters?
Ctrl&F -> Personal -> Watched Status: Not

That would, as Ace already pointed out, be do-able via the History of a title, simply press Ctrl&H

Yes, using history and filters worked. Thanks all.
