When I click the "+" icon at the top of DVD Profiler and the adding box appears I then get an error message reading "DVD Profiler has encountered an error. You may be able to continue normally. If this error repeats please select the restart option". After that a box saying "The webpage you requested is not available offline. To view this page click Connect" then a box that reads "The request source is in use" continually pops up freezing the program. What am I to do without uninstalling the program? I've tried the the utility repair option but that doesn't work.
