| | Posted: | | | | I have a series collection. How can I download the narritive and image from DVD Profiler without getting the error? As of now I have to uncheck: 1) Download profile from Invelos and 2) Prompt for personalization. Which means I would have to manually type the info in. |

| | Posted: | | | | If I'm reading it right, the error is that it says that you already have it in your collection? If so, then you can only have each unique upc in your collection one, I believe.
To have a duplicate entry you would have to either make a manual entry like it's prompting you to or try to enter the disc through the disc id which may mean that you'd have to enter all the information anyway if it's not in the database that way yet. Try putting the disc in and see if you can download the profile that way.
You can also indicate that you have a duplicate copy in profiler by adjusting the count as number as well. | | | | Lori |

| | Posted: | | | | you can copy an existing profiles data rating/overview/crew etc by selecting copy (on the dvd menu) and then pasting this onto a manual profile - it will then prompt as to what details you want to paste into the profile. | | | | Paul |
