Good day, Sirs,

I don't know if this is new or old, anyway.

In the reports editor (build 1436), if you select "Condition ..." -> Type Subtitles:

And second, if you check 'Restart DVD Profiler' it does not restart but opens an Error-window "DVD Profiler is already running."

Love, bbbbbb

I have the same here. It happens to me only when I add studios. I add a new studio and choose it to be there and get this kind of error nearly everytime. After OK and sending report the new studio is there, DVD Profiler does not need to be restarted. I have surely sent about 200 such errors, must be a flood on Ken's desk if it arrives there?

Database repair does not solve this problem and as told, I have it only when adding new studios and then choose it in the list.

And you are right, marking restard DVD Profiler does nothing as we are in a second window that it can't close. So this option is useless.

Check if this still occurs with the current release (Build 1444).
Availabe in the download section of this site.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Already done, the access violation (if you select "Condition ..." -> Type: Subtitles in the reports editor) has not been fixed yet.

V3.7.2 build 1444

When i edit a report
Want to change "Conditions"
Choose type "subtitles"

I got same error as reported above.

Earlier made selections on subtitles still works but i can't look or change it.
