For job's reason I had to change my laptop.
What can I do to transfere my database with DVD to the new one?

I am terrified when I think about putting all data in for a second time.
Can anybody help me?

Make a back up file of Youre database, put it on a cd-r, dvd-r or usb stick.
Install dvd profiler on youre new laptop and load the database file.
