| Posted: | | | | Just a short question to users like me having an iPhone and iPad. I synchrozed both, everything went fine, no problems. In the collection on the iPhone it tells me I have 489, on the iPad I have 490. Why this difference. Have others also not the same on both devices? i was told to disbale the parental controls on all devices and it fixed the problem. |

| Posted: | | | | I had the same issue; after attempting to disable parental controls on both my PC and my iPod Touch, I still have the problem. Then I noticed that three DVDs in my wishlist were duplicated. These are DVDs I added from last night on the iPod. They are not duplicated on the PC database. I removed one movie each on the iPod (when I did, the duplicates images were removed, too), then updated the device's database. The wishlist now jives with both devices.
I then re-added the upcoming titles to my wishlist via the PC and updated the iPod. It worked and the numbers are still the same. But the owned numbers don't jive, and I have no idea how to quickly tell if there any duplicates in the 1400+ DVDs.
UPDATE: On a hunch, I looked at the last couple of DVDs I added to my owned list, and saw that one of those DVDs was duplicated. Also, a movie I've had in the collection for several years also duped. I removed them from the iPod, then updated. The PC profiler threw a database error, so I repaired that database, re-added the two DVDs I removed, then updated the iPod. All numbers are now in order.
