Hanging up and not downloading

I love your database! I have been a user for a while and just recently I can upload, but I can not download or refresh....I get no error message, it just stops at 100% and does nothing else. Can you help?

Whenever there is a problem, the first thing you should try is a database repair:

On the top of DVDP > Tools > Options > Utilities > Repair Profile Database.

This will then open a box that allows you to choose the repair you want, I always do a Full repair type.
