cant get cover art on my online collection!

for the movies that don't have a bar code, that I found the cover art online and imported them into my dvdprofiler I can view them when I am on the screen to edit my collection but when I go to my online collection those cover art are not viewable? can someone explain what I  am doing wrong?

covers are not uploaded when you upload the profiles to your online collection

Nothing, that's just the way the online-collection works.

To elaborate paul42's answer: the online-collection shows almost everything as you have it in your DVD Profiler. The one difference are the cover-scans, which always are the ones from the master-database.
Most likely Ken wants to prevent anyone from uploading e.g. pornographic images to said online-collection.

Only thing you can do would be to create your own list, but be warned, that requires some work and knowledge and webspace, see "How to share or export your collection" link in my signature.
