I'm using DVDProfiler since a couple years without any problem. Today, I deleted an entry from "Owned" section and re-added. Once I did that, I tried to recover the original entry from my last backup on my local computer. So, the old entry was brought back but all " Cast and Crews" info disappeared for each item. I got more than 1200 entries. So, I tried to do a "Database Repair" but I noticed at the end it remove all cast and crews info. Now, I got all my 1200 items there but no cast and crews info. I tried to run the "Refresh all profiles and image" but nothing is added. If I do one item at the time, the cast and crews info is added normally. I don't want to do this for all my collection. Is there any way to recover this?

You could give this a try:
Flag all your profiles (Strg+A)
then choose in the menu: Collection -> Flagged -> Refresh/Update (Sorry, don't know how the entry is called in the English version)

VirusPil....Thanks a lot. I was able to refresh most of my collection 1200 items. There is some items that I don't see any cast and crews but I think it was like this before. I would say that 95% of it are now OK using your method.

Again thanks

I'm glad it seemed to work.

But wondering why "Refresh all profiles and image" didn't work.
