| | Posted: | | | | I lost my hard drive the other day and installed windows 7 at time of hard drive replacement. I down loaded DVD Profiler from the website and installed on my computer. I then downloaded my library from the websie. Everything is their except the cover scans. Any ideas? |

| | Posted: | | | | Choose "Online" -> "Refresh all images".
This will load the cover scans from the online database. (So if you have changed a scan, which is not in the online database, the pic gets lost.)
An induvidual refresh for single profiles you can do with Online -> Refresh DVD from Invelos -> Refresh Images Only. | | | | Last edited: by VirusPil |
