For those who have the Spaghetti Western set which includes Hang 'em High, how is the set packaged, only Hang 'em High is only available in this Country through this set, is this a pull out type digi-pack, or 4 evenly matched individual UK size cases.

I'm a little unsure as what "HD Slim Case's" are, are they the same size has the US case (11mm I believe)

I take it there slightly thinner than the tradition UK size, only I do prefer uniformity with my collection,
