| Posted: | | | | When I bought this DVD at BigLots, the UPC had a cut through it and I couldn't read it well enough to get it entered into DVD Profiler via its UPC so I entered it by title. All the information for this DVD appears to be correct except the cover scan is for the Triple Feature (all 3 It's Alive's) and not for the 1st movie. The description (in DVD Profiler) is of the first movie, all the details appear to be for the first movie, but the cover scan is not right. Here is the cover for it at Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Its-Alive-John-P-Ryan/dp/B0002KQNKY/ref=sr_1_2?s=dvd&ie=UTF8&qid=1287179818&sr=1-2
I'm certain I selected the correct version of this movie and the details bear out my certainty, but if I've somehow entered it incorrectly in DVD Profiler, will someone let me know how I can correct this without losing the DVD number in my listing?

| Posted: | | | | Is it put in the system by UPC or a Disc ID? It could be a child profile for the triple feature set. Look at the general tab... bottom of that window on left hand side.
It will say something like...
United States UPC or Disc ID # | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | I just looked at the database... you downloaded the child profile for the triple feature release. The UPC version is in there. So I think the easiest way to do it so not to have to redo your purchase info...
go to the profile... then goto...
DVD --> Change UPC
then put this in the place for the UPC...
085393352929
and click ok. Let it do it's thing to change it... then right click your update Icon (looks like a disc with green arrow on left hand side of general tab) and click Refresh. | | | Pete |
