For this first time ever I receive this error while processing a database update (even after forcing a complete download). A database repair does not solve this unfortunately.

"An error has occured processing this file.

If you continue to receive this error, please try performing a database repair via Tools->Options->Utilities."

I owned an updated version of the database tool. Can someone please provide me with a link to the latest version?
