| Posted: | | | | I trying to submit an update to the profile for The Green Zone, UK Steelbook Edition. The photo that gets downloaded with the profile is a stock retailer photo of the case at an angle. The back photo is the same as the front photo.
I have scanned the front and back of the actual case and replaced the images on my Profiler. I tried to contribute these changes, but online it gives me an error that "The SRP denomination type is incorrect." However, it is in British pounds, which is correct because this is a UK release. I'm assuming that since I am a US registration, that it will not allow me to contribute in British Pounds?
Anyone, I think Invelos should change this. This is a global world, and profile data on a movie can come from anywhere in the world. | | | Last edited: by wnorris |

Quoting wnorris: Quote: I'm assuming that since I am a US registration, that it will not allow me to contribute in British Pounds? It actually doesn't have anything to do with that at all. It's simply a matter of a US profile, needing to have the proper currency. If the locality of the disc is the US, the currency should be US. If the locality is Canadian, the currency should be Canadian. UK, currency should be UK etc. etc. That's what's stopping you from submitting. | | | The night is calling. | Posted: | | | | I just checked and the locality currently is the database is wrong
Is this check fairly new because they are a lot of profiles where the locality and currency don't match. | | | Last edited: by Spab |

| Posted: | | | | I didn't change anything but the picture and it won't let me submit.
Spad says the locality is wrong on the current profile, and doesn't match the currency. If so, how did it get submitted this way? If I can't submit because the currency and locality don't match, how did it end up in the database with a currency and locality that don't match.
Sounds like a problem with Invelos's system. |

| Posted: | | | | The person that made the initial contribution accidentally contributed it to the wrong region (US) i would think this is the one you have. Go to the profile then Tool Bar> DVD> Change Locality and correct it to UK and then Refresh |

| Posted: | | | | Okay, that was weird. So I changed the locality of the entry to the UK. It said a newer profile existed and I refreshed it. It was the same info I had before, but someone had already added an updated cover.
So if you add the UPC for that disc. it gives you two choices:
The Green Zone Green Zone (United Kingdom)
The profiles are the same for both, except the second has the correct cover art and has the correct UK locality.
The first will give you a profile with a US locality, but a British Pound SRP (which shouldn't have been possible to submit, correct?).
Sounds like the first needs to be deleted from the database. |

Sounds like the first needs to be deleted from the database. Correct. Ninehours has taken action to get it removed. |
