1). I know there was a problem with licensing or copyright or jus tthe actors asking for royalties or something, but does anyone out there know if it series will ever be released, I know you can get the movie which I own but I'd like to get the TV series too.

2). a few years ago ITV (a UK TV Channel) made and released a program on the Building of the TITANIC and the Guarantee Group Titianic: birth of a legend - does anyone know if this is released or does anyone have a copy on DVD that I can have a copy of - I would be willing to pay postage etc please let me know

Never say never, but there's a lot of money to be made off this series and Fox and Warner can't agree on how to divvy the pie.  Plus there's the William Dozier estate (the producer), which I think has some interest in the show too.

It just requires them to decide that some money is better than no money.  However, in the insistence to get ALL the money, it just doesn't happen.

Meanwhile, the bootleggers get all the money.  Nice.
