Weird icon appears over ordered title in my database

Hey there. I've tried looking in the knowledge but maybe I'm not framing it right so here goes: I just added Raw Deal to my ordered list but when it appeared it was highlighted in blue and had a number "0" over it. What does either action mean?

If you don't like it, you can switch it off under Collection -> Thumbnail Settings and clear the tickbox by "Days Till Release"
