It has the following credits:
Makeup Assistant: Gary Yee
Makeup PA's: Vince Schicci
Bill Weber
Curtis Gaither
I support the assistant is out. But it look's to me the PA's are Makeup Personal Assistants and responsible for actually applying the makeup. This would make it a functional equivalent of Makeup Artist.
I have no actual proof for this. It is purely my interpretation of the credits.
