I have just moved my DVDProfiler from my (temporarily defunct) HTPC to my notebook pc. I re-created my database by downloading my on-line profiles into a new database on my notebook pc.

My original password (alpha/numeric) won't accept (keycaps off) and I went to the invelos support area and it advised to reset using the default pw 'acknowledgement' via Tools->Options->Parental Controls.  I have tried this many times without success (quoter marks not included).

Any ideas peeps?
