| | Posted: | | | | Just upgraded to current version. Now no matter what I do or no matter where I look I am unable to see a list in the Cast box. Only see one cast member's name and or picture at a time. Can anyone tell me what to do to get the full Cast listing back. THANKS!

Thanks to you for your reply. No, offense meant or directed to you about my feeling about support.
Your suggestion to basically reload the default layout was good but I have already tried that without success. I have also downloaded multiple layouts, all display the same: one cast member in the Cast window. |

Did you try a database repair already (Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Repair database ...)? | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
