SEC Charges Goldman Sachs With Fraud in Structuring and Marketing of CDO Tied to Subprime Mortgages

And once more it seems to be correct that not the one who robs the bank is a criminal, but the one who founded it.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

And of course the American government that forced the banks to make bad loans is not responsible at all.

So your going to deny America is consumer based society where the winner takes all. After the end of the dot com bubble the American government was advised mainly by Alan Greenspan to deregulate the banking system to create cheap money to generate consumer confidence to rejuvenate the economy.

As long term strategy to sustained economic growth which has been proven to be totally unstable and results in massive toxic debt for banks and consumers.

The American way of economics sucks period. Sure you might have a massive GDP but horrendous poverty and 2% of the male workforce in the prison system.

A rich country don't make a rich society.
