Bug: Collection numbers assigned twice

Check out numbers 958, 960, 961.  Total should be 998 and I'm showing 995.  Zodiac and Slither where the first I added after installing the new version.  I have tried repairing the DB with the tools that came with the new version as well with the updated tool I found on one of the other threads.  I don't have any categories defined yet.

The numbering is also incorrect in the on-line collection.

Partial renumbering resolves the issue, but the problem exists none-the-less.  I haven't updated the on-line collection yet.
