Ever since I updated to the new version(s), I have only been able to use the "Refresh updated profiles from Invelos..." function twice: the first time I loaded up 3.6.0, and after I rebuilt the database when I installed 3.6.1.  Every other time, the dialog box hangs with both "Scanning Images..." and "Overall" at 100%.  In addition, the title bar reads "DVD Profiler 100%."  I can cancel out of the box and DVD Profiler appears to be running fine otherwise.  On the internet side, I can access the Invelos website just fine.  I get no unusual firewall messages from either Windows or my router.

Perform a database repair. After that, the refresh will work again.

Yes, happened to me too. Just do a repair and all will be fine.

Wonder why it happens though... I did exactly as suggested in the upgrade instructions and performed a full repair prior to upgrading, so what I did was: (working 3.5.1) -> full repair -> install/upgrade (first run of 3.6.0) -> update profiles (which fails). Then: (full repair) -> update profiles (works).

I guess the 'intra-version database upgrade' makes some kind of mistake that requires a full repair in order for the system to work properly again.

I have just under 3.000 profiles in my database, with only extremely few customizations.
