few days ago i downloaded and installed the new version of it.

but when i want to update changes of the profiles in  my collection.

it starts with searching the online database and my collection to see if they are the same.
after that it starts searching for new images and there it fills up to 100% and just stays there. for as long it let it stay there. I need to cancel it to get it away.

after that some profiles in my collection seems missing.
The dvd/blu-ray title is still in my collection but i cant acces its profile and it doesnt show up iether.

It will show the last profile i selected.

anyone else who has this problem also?

Sure sounds like a database corruption to me.  I'd first try a compltet repair to see if that corrects the problem for you.

already treid that but it didnt help.

thanks for your reaction tho.

already got it a little bit back.
at first when i select a dvd title . lets say "the human condition" , and after that i selected one of the profile i had a problem with. The human condition would still be there and when i double clicked the profile with the problem i would still get the profile of the human condition.
at the moment i got it back at that the profile that had a problem is just a empty profile

so i need to readd them now. so its kinda solved now. updating still doesnt work tho

is there a  way to change the barcode? so when updating works again i only need to click it and everything works out itself

Go to DVDProfiler menu "DVD -> Change EAN..." in the now opening window you can either enter the correct EAN for your DVD or, if the DVD doesn't have any (boxset) change to the DiscID of the inserted disc. Anyhow you'd get a unique identifier.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
