People,

I seem to have a problem. I recently downloaded and installed 3.6 and today I added my entire bd-collection (114, 113 owned, 1 ordered). When I upload my offline database it all goes as planned. And when I view my profile it says, (114, 113 owned, 1 ordered), but when I view the actual list I am missing 8 BD's.

I own the Rambo collection, but the list doesn't show parts 3 and 4 (no.: 53 and 54 on my list). Furthermore the list only goes to #107 instead of #113, so that another 6 missing BD's! But they are in my offline database.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

greeting, Roderick

I've noticed something similar, but not with BDs.  My online collection is missing several discs that appear in my local database.  In my case, it's a few seasons of THE WIRE and some other titles I can't immediately recall.

Guess what! I figured it out. Apparantly it has something to do with parental rating. The movie that didn't where adult-rated(18) movies (Rambo 3 and 4, Dirty Harry 1-5, Snatch). In order to show them online, you have to change you settings online and in the program itself.

Program: Options -> Parental Control -> turn of 'Or Has 'Adult' genre' -> backup database
Online: Online Collection Settings -> Show In Public Listing, turn on Adult -> Show In Private Listing, turn on adult -> submit.

Upload database again. Now, they should be in there.

Good thinking!  I've made the changes.  I can't upload my collection until I get home, but my fingers are crossed.
