First, I have some titles in my collection that I can't view. For instance I have Princess & the Frog at #928, The Grumpy Old Men Collection at #927, and National Treasure 2 at #926. I can view both 926 and 928, but when trying to view number 927, it does not change from the previous profile.
Additionally, when trying to refresh updated profiles, it hangs when both green bars are full. I have been a long-time user of this program, and this is the first time anything like this has happened to me. |
