I haven't checked it out yet... but thinking about doing something with custom collections.

Question though...

Can I have something in owned... numbered. and same thing in custom numbered. So that in Owned it may be say.. #572  but in the custom it have say maybe #83. Or wouldn't you be able to do this?

Just tried it Pete, it doesn't seem possible.  I think one profile is a direct mirror of the other.

Thanks... just tried myself with no luck. You would think so since it says Collection numbers can be "Globally Unique" or "Unique within Category".... so what does  "Unique within Category" mean then?

This means that every category numbers consecutively, starting with 1 (unless you manually overrule).
However, if you include such categories in Owned, and also in All, there may be duplicate (non-unique) numbers, since they are copied directly from the categories.

Also makes a mess when adding new DVDs.

I think the only sensible option is globally unique.
