How to skip export of cast/crew when using ExportXMLAll in CommandFile

How do I skip export of cast/crew when using ExportXMLAll in CommandFile?  Is there any way to have the ExportXML command use your default settings from the app itself?  Or some other args that can be given to the ExportXMLAll command?  (I can't even find a reference on the site for what commands are supported in the CommandFile)

Doh--should have looked at help in the app:

ExportXMLAll [FileName] [NoCast, NoCrew, NoEasterEggs, NoLocks, NoNotes, NoOverview, NoTags] Exports the loaded collection to the selected XML file name. Specify NoCast, NoCrew, etc to exclude the specified data.
