Tried to update to 3.6 today but have been blocked at every turn. A floating point error keps coming up and all my buttons are blank. I can't submit a ticket because the same error comes up when the automated error system tries to create the ticket. Any ideas?

The "Floating Point Errors" usually occur if the Tahoma.ttf (system font) for some reason got corrupted.
Please reinstall from your Windows CD
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
