Refresh Online List not working

The online list does not appear to be refreshing anymore.
I am using 3.5.1
Anyone else seeing this?

Ah I think I just read another post that said they are on hold.
Is this correct?
I need to add some movies and I cannot do it right now.

You should be able to add new titles and download existing profiles, only database updates are on hold.

Yea I do not see the new titles I want to add so I am hoping they will be there once the updates resume.
