| | Posted: | | | | It looks like I have a 'hidden' DVD. I moved all dvd's to a new Collection Category. The list is empty, but it still shows there is one dvd around. When I look into the XML file I see an entry with no title. I removed it from there, but now wonder if it's possible to import the file.  | | | | Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer. |

cya, Mithi Just curious, since this is one of the scenarios where I hoped BulkEdit would be useful, is it so complicated or some other issue that would make one rather do all that work instead of simply using the plugin? Maybe there is something I could/should do to fix the issue?  Thanks for your feedback. But maybe you are just saying that it would give a better feeling if you can make DVDP "heal itself" instead of using another program. I agree with Mithi that if the problem is a broken or sick database, we are not expecting BulkEdit to help with that - only with helping to recover the mysterious profile. Just curious, if you can see the XML, why not just delete the profile, re-enter the UPC? You can still use BulkEdit at any time later to pull in personal information, such as Notes, loan events, watched events, purchase info, etc. But I do agree that the first priority is getting the database healed. | | | Thanks for your support.

| | Posted: | | | | While updating my Database Query plugin, I happened to notice I had a profile like that that wasn't appearing in any collection (it literally had no Collection Type assigned). So I added a feature to look for this and a method to fix them.
