| | Posted: | | | | One of my computers will not let me add new profiles. The other problem is more complex, I add the profiles for the differant volumes of Raxaphone and only the first one will appper even though my count go's up. Any help would be appreciated I think my first problem is caused by mcafee blocking my online acsses. It is the secound problem tthat is really irrating me. I am aslo now being blocked from downloading my online collection. |

In which step it stops? ... More info please. What is a Raxaphone?  Couldn't find it in database. If just the first shows: Perhaps the other profiles are child profiles that are not opened? ... listed in a different position (What's your sorting?) |

The 'Support' link that I'm referring to is at the top of this page, between 'forums' and 'database' on the black menu bar. To get support from an Invelos tech, open a ticket there. Tickets allow support to converse in a private forum for each customer request. |

As far as the Rasphone thing go's I can not figure it out. perhaps it is because I put the first profile in a long time a go but that should not matter. Sorry I am frustrated, I have been at this all day. |

Im using the regular version on two differant computers. Neither will download my online collection. Thw seound problem is when I put in the profiles for Raxsphone the profiles do not sppear for voulmes 2-6 for no appretn reason.
Btw. I also don't find a Raxephone in the database.

I couldn't find something on Rahxephon what could be an explanation. Perhaps you could make a database repair and try if this helps. (This halps often  ) Options -> Utilities -> Database Repair |

This is normal behavior for titles that are part of a Box Set.
