Today I added several dvd's in my collection and wanted to make a backup. It was quite a while ago.
But it didn't work. I tried several times and every time at the same point (when it's almost finished), backing up the covers, the program blocks and I can't do anything more.
Can anybody help me?

First of all, I get no message at all, the program just freezes, each time at the same point.
I did a database repair, with the same result.
Memory is no problem at all. I save my backup on an external drive of 2Tb and for years I use always the same filename in the same folder. Never had a problem until now.
It seems that what Nick says (corrupted image), that could be the problem. How can I solve this?
Refreshing the images, how does that work. My collection is rather very big, and a lot of images were
made by myself. I don't wanna loose them. |

I've now made the backup on the internal C-drive, and it's ok, but if I keep trying on the external, it keeps freezing always at the same place .... |

To be sure copy your database folder completely to a different directory (Copy NOT Move)
After this try to restore your backup file, if everything works fine you might want to delete the just copied folder.
If it doesn't, restore your database by copying the folder back to it's original place and come up again. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
