I have not used my DVD Profiler for a while, but I am trying to upload my database to the online section but it is not working.
I click "Online" then "DVD Profiler Online" follow the steps and log in, then the upload process takes about 5 seconds and thats it. No database is uploaded and when I log in to the website, it says that no profile has been uploaded.
Any ideas?

| | Posted: | | | | That's what I believe too. Perhaps there is a problem with this user's license registration, as it only shows the icon for the Mobile registration, not the regular program's registration.
@jshb:
Could it be that you have different user names for your regular program and for the mobile version? I reckon the two will only work together using the same user account. |
