That can easily be done with the "Filter" window. In its first tab called "General" (where you can also search for titles), you have to select the rating(s) to be filtered. If you want to change their sort order, go to "Collection" --> "Sort By".
Then click "Extras" --> "Reports", choose a layout (e.g. Invelos Simple Listing, more can be found here), make sure "As filtered/sorted in collection listing" is checked and click on "Run Report...". Now you can review and print the result.

You can either make sure the genre TV is set properly in every TV series profile or add a tag called something like "TV series" and set it in all appropriate profiles. Then proceed like above, just use the "Filter" window to only display the profiles with genre TV or with tag "TV series".

In the current beta version you can create custom collections, e.g. to seperate DVDs, Blu-rays and TV series. The new DVD Profiler 3.6.0 should be released in near future – next Monday at the latest
