Help with movie titles, please! |

1) Disembodied brains with spines attached sneak up on people and bite their necks.
2) Alien with white eyes drains the blood of his victims with a device. He always wore sunglasses
I know it isn't much to go on but I knew that if anyone could cipher this out, it'd be my DVD allies here.
