I am getting this message when I try to refresh updated profiles. It is only happening to the child profiles for the three Matrix movies in the Ulitmate Matrix HD DVD box set. Everything else updates normally, any thoughts?

It's possible that these profiles do not exist in the Online Database. Then you'll get this error message.

You also could try Repair Database and then try it again. The error message sometimes appears in that case, too.

Yeah, finally remembered to try the good old database repair utility. Problem solved. Thanks.
