Now of course MJ could be credited.

The end credits begins with the musicians, then Vocalists, Dancers.

Some of these likely appear onscreen during the program. As far as I can tell there is no "Cast" list unless these count.

Also what about the director and other "Crew" that appears during the program itself. Would they be included in the cast and how to handle them? Uncredited??

I would say if they appear in the movie, they could get a uncredited credit, of course.

I would credit them as this is a concert/musical performance DVD, you really can't give them an uncredited since they are listed in the end credits.

It is not uncommon for the vocalists, dancers, and musicians to be credited in the end credits for these types of DVDs.

Agreed
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I would credit the dancers for sure as they are listed in actual end credits. i'm not sure how the director, and others who speak in the film on camera should be listed. Uncredited? since they are in the actual film. This is the first concert/documentary dvd i own so am not too sure

If they can be documented then I would credit them with (Uncredited).  If you look at the Madonna concert documentaries like "Truth or Dare", you'll notice several uncredited including Madonna herself.

Throught the film, the film makers and musician are listed as they are seen.(like in most documentries) For Example - when we see Kenny Ortega and he starts talking they show Kenny Ortega - Director/ Co-Creator. They do this for almost all that talk about Michael. The end credits first list the Musicians then the Dancers and then the rest of the crew. The Dancers are only named in the end credits not during the film like the Musician and film makers.
