| | Posted: | | | | Hi and sorry, my English is not as good as it could be.  If I would like to renew my DVD-profiles, the download will stop after the first window.  Only after a change between "all" to "owned" the download is running on and for updating the profiles are displayed. Can someone tell what this is and help me? Of course I accept also like German responses.  Greetings Ralf |

No, there is definitely no error message. The first window is displayed in which progress remains to be easy and it takes nothing more.
After repair database seems to be back ok. Thank you very much! |
