Not finding movies

I am a long time user and I have a frustrating problem. After getting a new laptop and installing the software I restored my old db and went to add new movies. BUT it will not find ANY movies online whether I type in the bar code or title.

Click Online, then Refresh Online Profile List.

If you did a fresh install, and just restored a backup, your Online Profile List is likely to be blank.

first check your online connection under Tools->Options->Online

If that works and you still get no titles, try the following

go to c:\documents and settings\<your username>\Application Data\DVD Profiler

then delete or rename OnlineList.dod and OnlineListSel.dod and try again

Thanks for the help people, I tried your sugestions and found I was missing one of the files. So I reinstalled the software and all works now, thanks again.
