At the bottom right of the General Info window in DVDP there's an icon View Contributors.

If you click on it, you'll get a list of contributors for both Profile and Image Contributions. There's also a link to the Contribution Notes that were submitted.

Many thanks...not sure how I failed to spot that over many years of using DVP

Unfortunately the history is only as old as the invelos site. Many profiles existed before that.

Correct, many of the contributions were essentially the contributor who "moved" the profile to the new site.

It is still easily possible to access the UPC-profiles of the InterVocative site (at least it was, haven't checked in a while). I have a HTML window with a link to open them... (I'd paste it here, but am not at home right now).

Yes it's always possible to check them if you always had the 2.x version on your computer.

With a bit of CopyPaste-Fu it is still possible:

for 12digit UPC 123456789ABC use
http://legacy.intervocative.com/Forums.aspx?task=contributionnotes&type=DVD&ProfileUPC=23456789AB instead of
http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=contributionnotes&type=DVD&ProfileUPC=123456789ABC
(omitting first and last digit)

for 13digit EAN 123456789ABCD use
http://legacy.intervocative.com/Forums.aspx?task=contributionnotes&type=DVD&ProfileUPC=23456789ABCD instead of
http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=contributionnotes&type=DVD&ProfileUPC=123456789ABCD
(omitting first digit)

If there is a location-describer, just keep that unchanged.
