Studios (i.e. the companies involved in releasing, producing and distributing the movie itself) can be found during the opening titles of the main feature on the disc.
Media companies are the companies involved in the release of the DVD. They can usually be found on the back cover, but occasionally you'll have to consult the disc itself to find them. Usually it's the companies shown immediately after you insert the disc.

Please familiarize yourself with the Contribution Rules before contributing your DVD to the central database.

On the Disk means watching the movie. Your Studios will usually be found at the beginning of the film, sometimes they may be in the end credits, thst is the filmmakers choice. The only thing that the back cover might be useful for is the Overview and the DVD Distribution Company.
