| | Posted: | | | | Hi I have had the software a while and never had this problem.I try to add new dvds into program and it goes thru all the prompts and when it gets done its not added to my collection.I tried 3-4 times and wonder how I messed it up please some advice. thank you |

| | Posted: | | | | I am doing what I always do add dvd to collection it adds it then when I try to sync with online it poofs from both computer and online lists. |

press add to collection
type in name of dvd
click on dvd that i want to add to my collection
click ok on the pop up window
click add to owned
and it adds
click dvd profiler online
click next
highlight download and press next
collection transfer screen press next
transfer complete and it poofs from collection |

transfer complete and it poofs from collection the two parts I highlighted are your problem. DVD Profiler Online is your online collection listing ( this) when you upload/download this it overwrites. Since you are downloading you are taking your current online listing and overwriting your local with it. Your local contains the new dvd your online. If you are trying to update you online listing you want to choose Upload not download -Agrare |
