| | Posted: | | | | Been trying to upload new contributions and DVDP either accepts the (Data Cast, Crew...) or Image submissions even I’ve even submitted it separately with only the last submission per Profile coming up for review. I happen for both New Contribution & Editing Existing Profiles... I have tried to do a db fix, clearing caches & still can't get to contribute a full Profile (Data & Image) What to do next...? When you contribute a profile that -you contributed before and hasn't been accepted yet- yiu will overwrite the previous contribution.
New profiles are never up for contribution. | | | Karsten

Tick Image; Tick all my data changes, the contributions Page only shows the Data part as ‘Received’ and leave the Image Block blank as if I haven’t submitted anything.
In short can only contribute either Data or Image at a time for DVDP to ‘Receive’ it. |

The data is also correct because it goes through if I don’t tick image… |

It's 'Received' if I don't tick Image...? I've submitted data and images, but in my contribution page appears "Recieved" only in "Profile Status" and nothing in "Image Status". Yes, if there's a new birth year involved, your contribution goes to a higher-level approval cycle and will take several days before a decision is reached. An accompanying image contribution will not show and in my experience following the decision it will show as Declined, whereas in fact it has been approved.
I once had a PM exchange with Ken himself about this, because I didn't understand. He said that the image had been approved in the lower-level approval cycle and subsequently declined in the higher-level approval cycle, because nothing had changed since the lower-level approval. It's all quite confusing given what it shows in the My Contributions screen. |

| | Posted: | | | | I've had a similar problem when uploading contents of a 'Box Set'. Three discs have uploaded fine with artwork intact. The fourth disc, for some unknown reason, has lost it's artwork and immediately says that the contribution has already been evaluated by the online whatevers.
