Not sure what's going on.  When I loaded my software onto my new laptop and restored my old databases, all my icons went from cool front cover artwork to red box icons, just a big red rectangle for all the movies.  So, I redid everything, from scratch, and after a few weeks, it's done it again.  Please tell me this is common and there's a simple fix for it.  If I click on the movie box, the pic shows to the right, but the entire list on the left is just hundreds of red boxes.

That indicates the database has an error.  Select Tools->Options->Utilities, Repair Profile Database.  If you're getting the problem regularly, that may indicate the program isn't being shut down normally.

First of all, thank you so much for your quick response, it's greatly appreciated.  Second of all, you're exactly correct.  Your method fixed me up perfectly AND now that you say it, you're right, when my computer does updates overnight and restarts automatically, that's when the red icons appear.  I've since fixed the settings so it doesn't do it all automatically.  Not to mention, from now on, I won't leave Profiler running all the time, only when I'm lookin at it.  Lastly, thanks again, I feel so much better now that my entire database isn't RED.  Have a great Profiler day.
