| | Posted: | | | | Have you at least backupped your collection before the wipe? 1) Download DVDP from here. 2) Install it. 3) Enter your registration key from here. 4a) If you have a proper backup, restore it via the File menu. 4b) If you don't use Online->DVD Profiler Online->Download. | | | Karsten

I hope whomever did it for you, attempted to save some of your data? If so, let us know. If the above is the main part of the question, then all you need to do is re-download the install file, and copy in your reg key during installation. Since you've logged in here okay, I presume, and since your name shows the registration icon, all you need to do to get the key is click on the button above labeled "registration". This will display your registered name and key for entering into a new installation. |
