Hi All.... its been quite a while since I used  my profiler and have also changed computers.... so I downloaded the new version on this computer - went to the site and copied my Unlimited Reg Key and got the program going , plus downloaded my data base.

So my problem  is.... when I try to put in a new movie (or start program) it goes thru the process but then pops up a window stating...... Access violation at addres 00ABCB3F in module 'dvdpro.exe'  Read of address 00000010

No matter how many times I try to click to close this box it keeps coming up and will NOT let me access anything in the program.  I have tried 100's of clicks to close this box and finally have to close the program by using the Task Manager.  This happens when Profiler is started up.

Any help would be much appreciated.

When you say you replaced computer,, an upgrade,, or less of? You may need updates and drivers to compensate  for i.e. Direct X  and others ..
try and download (for free ) .,, Belarc Advisor and running that program will determine what you need updated or upgraded..  Cool program and well worth having it ready at any time.
